Forval Corporation will launch the 'Tokushima DX Co-creation Platform 2026' on June 9, 2026, as part of a project commissioned by Tokushima Prefecture. The program aims to enhance the effectiveness of local government digital transformation through public-private co-creation.
Operating from the 'Tokushima DX Promotion HUB Tokunowa,' where Forval dispatches resident community managers, the initiative addresses common challenges where DX projects often stall at tool introduction without reaching essential Business Process Reengineering (BPR). It provides a forum for honest dialogue between government officials and IT service providers.
The program is a five-part series running from June to September 2026, conducted in a hybrid format (in-person and online). The first session will be open to the public nationwide to showcase Tokushima's efforts, while subsequent sessions will be closed to facilitate deep-dive discussions and the accumulation of practical expertise.
In the first session, representatives from Mitsui E&S System Research Co., Ltd., Tokushima Prefecture, and various local municipalities will speak. Topics include 'Surprises in Working with Local Governments' and 'The Uniqueness of Municipalities,' followed by a panel discussion on 'Desired vs. Undesired Sales Approaches.' Forval aims to support the planning and operation of this program to promote the nationwide expansion of this regional co-creation model.
