Forval to Undertake Yamaguchi Industry Promotion Foundation's "DX Expert Dispatch Program" for the 5th Consecutive Year

Forval Corporation (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masanori Nakajima; hereinafter "Forval") is pleased to announce that it has been commissioned by the Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Yamaguchi Industry Promotion Foundation (Chairman: Hiroshi Yokota; hereinafter "the Foundation") to undertake the Reiwa 8 (2026) "DX Expert Dispatch Program" (hereinafter "this Program").

Background and Objectives of Undertaking This Program

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Yamaguchi Prefecture are required to improve productivity and achieve sustainable growth with limited management resources, in response to labor shortages, rising costs, and changes in the business environment. While the necessity of DX as an effective means is widely recognized, some companies have not yet implemented it due to challenges such as a lack of personnel, difficulty in securing budgets, and uncertainty about how to proceed. The fundamental problem underlying these issues is insufficient organization and visualization of operations and data, leading to an inability to design a DX approach suitable for their own companies.

This Program aims to provide integrated support, from organizing management issues to visualizing operations and data, formulating strategies, and implementing/utilizing IT, through mentoring by DX experts. Through this, we aim to build a system that enables companies to continuously promote DX by managing the cycle of planning, execution, and improvement on their own.

Details of Undertaking This Program

Key initiatives are as follows:

- Participation in screening committees for the selection of supported companies

- Support for supported companies

This will involve comprehensive, hands-on support from grasping the current situation through the creation of work flowcharts, organizing issues, formulating plans, to matching with IT vendors and measuring the effects thereafter.
