What is SUP Sauna?

At Nagasaki Beach Resort, we offer experiences that allow you to fully enjoy the sea of Nagasaki-Hana, with the concept of 'A Day Spent with the Sea.'

This plan is the only one of its kind in the prefecture, offering a limited experience for 2 groups per day to enjoy the sea of Nagasaki-Hana along with a beach sauna and SUP.

Guests staying under this plan can rent a private sauna, SUP boards, and a bonfire set.

You can warm up in a private trailer sauna and then cool down in the sea of Nagasaki-Hana, just a 30-second walk away, enjoying a special experience of refreshing yourself with the sea breeze.

In the evening, gather with family and friends around a bonfire under a sky full of stars, sharing stories.

Enjoy a luxurious moment of forgetting everyday life while having the spectacular view of Nagasaki-Hana all to yourself.
