Through this collaboration, FUJISOFT's wide-ranging technical capabilities and Works Applications' product development expertise will be combined to jointly drive the modernization of core systems for large domestic companies, where demand is rapidly increasing.

### The 'SAP 2027 Problem': 2,000 Companies in Japan Face Replacement Decisions The 'SAP 2027 Problem' refers to the end of standard maintenance for SAP ERP 6.0 at the end of 2027. An estimated 2,000 companies in Japan are affected, making core system modernization an urgent priority. Simultaneously, the ERP market is shifting toward 'composability,' where systems must allow for rapid business changes by combining subdivided functions. In this trend, 'HUE,' a domestic ERP optimized for Japanese business customs, is attracting significant attention.

It has been primarily adopted by companies with annual sales of 100 billion yen or more, realizing business designs optimized for Japan's unique legal systems and commercial practices (Fit to Standard).
