Announcement on the Construction of a Mixed-Use Building for the Relocation of Fukuoka Bank's Kashii Branch

Fukuoka Bank Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Hisashi Goshima) announces plans to construct a mixed-use building with commercial and office functions in conjunction with the relocation and rebuilding of its Kashii Branch (Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City).

The Kashii area features a mix of commercial, office, and residential facilities. Leveraging the area’s family-oriented demographic, the new building will serve not only as a bank branch but also as part of a redevelopment plan aimed at enhancing local vibrancy and economic activity. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2027, with completion and opening planned for 2028.

The Kashii Branch will continue operating at its current location until the new building opens. The official opening date will be announced separately once finalized.
