FFG Expands Financial Service 'vary' – New Point-Up Partner Stores Added for Vary Card

Fukuoka Financial Group Co., Ltd. (President and Director: Hisashi Goshima, hereinafter "FFG") announces enhancements to its financial service "vary※", offered through its subsidiary banks—Fukuoka Bank, Kumamoto Bank, and Jusan Shinwa Bank—to further deliver value in terms of "savings" and "convenience" to its customers.

Following service expansions announced on April 15 and June 16, 2026, FFG will add three new brands as limited-time point-up partner stores for the Vary Card, effective July 16, 2026 (Thursday).

FFG aims to enhance customer experience through these service improvements and will continue striving to enrich the lives of local communities.

※"vary" is a service combining a four-tier membership program called "Vary Program" and a credit card named "Vary Card" that offers up to 20% point rewards when used at designated partner stores. FFG launched the service on January 19, 2026 (Monday).

Newly Added Point-Up Partner Stores

Starting July 16, 2026 (Thursday), Lawson United Cinema, Huis Ten Bosch, and Greenland will be added as point-up partner stores on a limited-time basis until January 15, 2027 (Friday)—a period of six months. In addition to previously covered brands in daily life categories such as convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation services, FFG now includes leisure facilities such as movie theaters and theme parks. By expanding into leisure, FFG aims to let customers experience the benefits of the Vary Card across all aspects of life—from everyday shopping to weekend outings.

• Partner Stores (up to 15% point return): Lawson United Cinema

• Partner Stores PLUS (up to 20% point return): Huis Ten Bosch (ticket purchases only) / Greenland

<Important Notes>

※"Lawson United Cinema / Huis Ten Bosch / Greenland" will be eligible for Vary Program benefits only during the six-month limited period from July 16, 2026 (Thursday) to January 15, 2027 (Friday).

※"Lawson United Cinema" includes nationwide theater services such as "movie tickets, advance tickets, membership sign-up and renewal, concession food and beverage, and merchandise" as eligible for Vary Program benefits.

※"Huis Ten Bosch" is eligible only for "ticket purchases" under the Vary Program benefits.

※"Greenland" includes "ticket purchases and shopping within the amusement park" as eligible for Vary Program benefits.

※Eligibility for Vary Program benefits is primarily determined by the "merchant name" listed on the card statement. For example, if a customer uses a point-up partner store located within a shopping complex, but the card statement only shows the complex's name (e.g., "XX Shopping Mall"), the transaction cannot be verified as a visit to the designated partner store and will not qualify for point-up rewards. Even if the customer reports the actual store used, FFG cannot grant point-up rewards if the statement does not reflect the correct merchant name. Please understand this limitation in advance.
