The Sakai Osteopathic Clinic Group, which operates approximately 30 clinics nationwide, hosted the 'GA Sakai Seikotsuin Summer Cup 2026' on June 6th and 7th, 2026, at the Global Arena in Munakata.
This tournament was organized to support the technical and mental development of junior youth (middle school) athletes, featuring 12 teams. In the final, Mars Fukuoka claimed victory over FC Central Fukuoka with a 5-4 penalty shootout win.
Sakai Osteopathic Clinic Group set up a specialized rescue booth at the venue. Staff members holding national qualifications provided conditioning support before and after matches and offered emergency care to 77 injured individuals during the games. The team's rapid response was notable; they immediately identified potential fractures—specifically, a distal phalangeal epiphyseal fracture of the fifth finger and a suspected supracondylar humerus fracture—via manual examination, applying emergency stabilization and directing the players to hospitals.
Furthermore, by preparing in advance for transfers to local emergency hospitals, the group contributed to the safe operation of the tournament as medical and athletic training professionals.
