EneSolve Holdings, Inc. Has Launched

EneSolve Holdings, Inc. (Representative Director and President: Misao Nakagawa, hereinafter "EneSolve"), formerly Sustainable Battery Holdings, Inc., has newly launched today. EneSolve, as a holding company for Energy With Corporation (hereinafter "Energy With") and The Furukawa Battery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Furukawa Battery"), will strive for further growth and enhancement of corporate value for the group.

Background

In recent years, as global vehicle electrification and the expansion of renewable energy use progress, we are also facing natural disasters and geopolitical risks. In light of such a rapidly changing business environment, two companies that have been manufacturing lead-acid batteries for over 100 years have taken a step forward as members of the EneSolve Group. EneSolve will maximize the benefits of collaboration between the two companies, strengthening mutual product lineup complementarity, sales channel expansion, and stable supply, while also promoting joint development of next-generation batteries and joint procurement of raw materials, aiming for further growth as a globally competitive energy storage solution provider.

EneSolve, which launched today, will serve as a holding company for Energy With and Furukawa Battery, taking charge of the group's strategic operations from a specialized perspective, with a focus on management strategy and human resource management.

The logo combines the letter "E" with a power button, expressing EneSolve's stance of moving society in a positive direction by activating it.
