To commemorate the publication of the new book 'Karada Itawari Gen-en Gohan' (Body-Caring Low-Salt Meals) by culinary researcher and registered dietitian Megumi Fujii, we will be hosting a cooking and talk event on Saturday, June 6. Fujii, who began focusing on low-salt cooking due to her family's high blood pressure, is renowned for creating recipes that are both healthy and delicious. The event will offer practical tips on how to reduce salt intake effectively. Attendees will be welcomed with a 'Kiwi and Carrot Smoothie.' The cooking session will feature a live demonstration of 'Steamed Chicken Hamburg Steak' followed by a tasting. The talk session will cover tips for low-salt living, personal dietary habits, a Q&A, and a book signing. All participants will receive an event-exclusive recipe card. Tickets are currently available on a first-come, first-served basis via Peatix.
