About the Keidanren Nature Conservation Fund (KNCF)

The KNCF is a public trust established in 1992 that provides multifaceted support for biodiversity conservation and natural environment protection activities by NGOs and NPOs both domestically and internationally.

In recent years, KNCF has been strengthening its support for projects that contribute to the achievement of the international goal, the "Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF)," and is also actively engaged in international programs such as "Satoyama Conservation" in collaboration with the Japanese government and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
