This project aims to promote employment with Hyogo Prefecture companies by establishing a "Hyogo Street" at the university's joint job fair venue held at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Leveraging its track record of supporting the recruitment of many Vietnamese engineers, G.A. Group Co., Ltd. will promote this project in close cooperation with Hyogo Prefecture. In conjunction with undertaking this project, an "Online Pre-Briefing Session" for Hyogo Prefecture companies considering participation will be held on July 23, 2026 (Thu).

Date and Time: Scheduled for October 3, 2026 (Sat) ■Venue: Special venue within Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology ■Booth Participation Slots: [Limited] 15 companies ■Booth Participation Fee: Free *Travel and accommodation expenses for representatives, Japanese language education costs for hired students, visa application fees, and flight costs to Japan are separate.

*Regarding travel and accommodation expenses for company representatives attending the fair, Hyogo Prefecture will provide a subsidy of up to 80,000 yen per person (for up to 2 people).

*Please Note* If the number of companies wishing to participate reaches the recruitment limit of "15 companies," we kindly request your understanding that participating companies will be selected after review and consultation with the organizer (Hyogo Prefecture).

For participation in the fair, Hyogo Prefecture will provide a subsidy of "up to 80,000 yen per person (for a maximum of 2 people, totaling up to 160,000 yen)" for the travel and accommodation expenses of company representatives.
