Gazillion Inc., headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, and led by CEO Shuichi Suzuki, has entered into a comprehensive partnership agreement with Kochi University of Health Sciences, located in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture, and operated by the Tosa Rehabilitation College Educational Foundation (Chairman Hirozumi Osaki). The partnership focuses on co-creating fundraising initiatives to enhance the educational environment and provide career support. Gazillion, which runs the 'ABC' charity recruitment service, will continuously contribute a portion of its revenue to the university. Kochi University of Health Sciences, founded in April 2024 as the sixth four-year private university in Kochi Prefecture, evolved from the Tosa Rehabilitation College, which has over 30 years of experience in medical personnel training. The university specializes in advanced rehabilitation techniques, including physical, psychological, and social aspects, and conducts basic research in physical and occupational therapy, with a focus on practical guidance rooted in the local community. Gazillion supports the university's vision to address the chronic shortage of medical professionals and will contribute to its fundraising efforts. The 'ABC' service developed by Gazillion connects companies and students for casual dialogue opportunities to prevent mismatches in employment. This direct recruiting model aims to foster mutual understanding and lead to satisfactory employment for both parties. Under the agreement, Gazillion will support student enlightenment and career development and provide a direct recruiting system for companies. A portion of the revenue generated from companies hiring Kochi University of Health Sciences students through ABC will be donated to the university. The university plans to use these donations for student financial aid and to enhance equipment and facilities for advanced education. This agreement does not restrict students' job search activities or companies' recruitment efforts to Gazillion's services but offers an optional choice. Collaborative items include promoting career education, regional retention, job understanding, creating employment opportunities, promoting recruitment DX, regional co-creation, human resource development, academic research, and fundraising. As part of this initiative, a 'Love-Style Job Hunting Seminar' for students will be held on April 21 (Tuesday) from 15:00 to 16:30. Gazillion aims to generate 30 million JPY in donations for the university. Gazillion was founded in Reiwa 5 (2023).
