Background of the Event

Geeks regularly holds seminars targeting IT engineers and IT engineer recruitment personnel.

This time, the theme is "Fostering FDEs (Forward Deployed Engineers) and Development Productivity." Mr. Kosuke Takanesawa, CTO of And. Co., Ltd., an AI venture that has achieved FDE conversion for all its engineers, will be the speaker. He will share practical knowledge from his company on the tangible benefits and development productivity achievements brought by "FDEs" – self-driven engineers who directly solve customer issues – and the concrete three steps to generate profit from development sites.

Began his career as an engineer in 2011 and has since worked in various companies as a Fullstack Engineer, EM, TL, and PdM in the web domain. During university, he conducted research and development of AI services incorporating natural language processing technology. Currently, he serves as CTO at And. Co., Ltd., TL at a HR tech company, and EM/Technical Advisor at a startup. In recent years, he has focused on generative AI technology, participating in generative AI agent pitch contests and speaking at generative AI-related events to promote cutting-edge generative AI technology. His favorite word is "explosive speed."
