Gechs Announces "CSR Report 2026"

Gechs Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Minato Sonehara; hereinafter referred to as Gechs) is pleased to announce the release of its "CSR Report 2026," following last year's report.

Background of "CSR Report 2026" Production

Gechs has been producing an annual "CSR Report" since the fiscal year ending March 2022 to clarify its commitment to addressing social issues through its business activities and contributing to the realization of a sustainable society. This marks the fifth consecutive year of its publication.

In the fiscal year ending March 2026, starting with the formulation of the "Gechs AI Statement," the "co-creation between people and AI" has expanded, primarily within the IT Human Resources Business Division, leading to improvements in operational efficiency, standardization, and quality. Alongside introducing the internal management system that promotes AI utilization, we are determined to update the very standards of the human resources industry.

Furthermore, in July 2025, our group company, SeedTech, released "DX Shoku - Digital Staff -," a service aimed at solving the challenges of digitalization and DX promotion for small and medium-sized enterprises. This year marked a significant step beyond providing services solely based on the social issue of "IT talent shortage," as the entire Gechs Group began offering solutions to address "the stagnation of digital implementation across Japan."

The "CSR Report 2026" includes our approach to the "Six Materialities" that we are committed to in order to comply with our social responsibilities as a listed company. It also reports, from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives, how Gechs has promoted the dual goals of realizing a sustainable society and continuously enhancing corporate value through its business activities, alongside the aforementioned annual topics.

As a new infrastructure supporting Japan's DX and AX from all angles, we will sincerely address social issues, continue transparent information disclosure and effective actions, and aim to co-create a better future together with all stakeholders. We sincerely hope that many people will view the "CSR Report 2026."
