"REP" is a spatial experience label where Sony PCL and RED fuse their respective strengths in expressiveness and cutting-edge technology to achieve "Re-presence" of Japan's diverse expressive cultures (IP) nurtured through art, manga, anime, and games, rather than mere preservation or reproduction.

By overlaying advanced technologies, including Sony's technology suite, onto spaces with expressiveness, it constructs Japanese imagination, design, and worldview as an "experience only possible here." It will be continuously developed as an experiential exhibition and entertainment business model, delivering the appeal of Japanese IP both domestically and internationally.

As its first initiative, from July 6, 2026 (Mon) to August 23, 2026 (Sun), at the FAN FEST of the "Esports World Cup 2026" held in Paris, France, they are showcasing "Drawin*" (Beta version), a spatial experience manga library that evokes impressive manga scenes in response to visitor movements.

* A spatial experience work by "REP," it is an interactive spatial experience manga library that draws out impressive manga scenes. By touching or sliding manga panels floating in the space using touch sensors on the walls, users can experience various visual effects.

Through "REP," Sony PCL and RED will continue to develop spatial experience content based on Japan's diverse expressive cultures for domestic and international audiences, including in location-based entertainment (LBE).

The Esports World Cup (EWC) is the premier annual sporting event, a global celebration honoring exceptional athletic ability and esports fandom. The tournament features a unique cross-game format where top esports clubs worldwide clash for the largest prize pool in esports history. The EWC, held in Paris, France, in the summer of 2026, will once again bring together the gaming and esports communities to determine the next "Esports World Cup Club Champion."
