GENDA Announces New Management Structure

GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Naoshi Kataoka; hereinafter, "the Company") will implement important personnel changes effective April 30, 2026. We hereby announce the Company's future management structure.

● Daichi Yoneya Graduated from Brown University. In 2004, joined Morgan Stanley Japan Securities Co., Ltd. (now Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities Co., Ltd.). Subsequently, at Goldman Sachs Japan Co., Ltd., conducted corporate research for the general electric, semiconductor, and electric wire sectors. As an institutional investor, engaged in investment activities in listed stocks and real estate, primarily in Japanese equities, at hedge funds, long-only funds, and private equity funds, serving as a partner before becoming an independent investor.

● Keiichi Ihata In June 2000, joined Mycal Create Co., Ltd. (now AEON Fantasy Co., Ltd.). In June 2013, appointed General Manager of Finance and Administration. In March 2017, appointed Head of Public Relations and IR Office. In February 2020, joined GENDA Inc. as a full-time outside auditor. Served as auditor for GENDA GiGO Entertainment Inc., ALES Company Inc., and Citram Inc. Concurrently served as auditor for GAGA Corporation.

● Yuka Matsubara Registered as a lawyer in 2010. In 2011, joined Nishimura & Asahi. In 2019, seconded to MUFG Bank, Ltd., working in the Corporate Credit Review Department (~September 2020). In 2021, joined Hifumi Sogo Law Office, her current affiliation. In the same year, appointed outside auditor for GENDA Inc. In 2022, appointed outside director and audit committee member for Direct Marketing Mix Inc. (current position). In 2025, appointed outside auditor for Giftmall Inc. (current position).

● Kensuke Kunimi In July 2001, joined Chuo Aoyama Audit Corporation. In January 2002, appointed Representative Director of CPA Excellent Partners Inc. (current position). In August 2011, appointed Director of Takahashi Gakuen Educational Foundation. In April 2015, appointed Representative Director of CPA Career Support Inc. In May 2023, appointed Representative Director of CKA Inc. (current position). In April 2025, appointed outside auditor for GENDA Inc.

● Kanako Tajiri In December 2008, joined Mori Hamada & Matsumoto. In July 2014, seconded to Deposit Insurance Corporation of Japan. In January 2020, appointed Counsel at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto. In November 2021, appointed outside auditor for Digital Data Solution Inc. In September 2022, appointed outside director and audit & supervisory committee member for the same company. In April 2023, appointed auditor for Nadia Inc. In January 2024, appointed Partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto (current position).
