Release of New Product "3D Drill-iCAD SX Hole Link" for "Mastercam" Integration

Genetec Corporation has announced the release of "3D Drill-iCAD SX Hole Link," a new product that integrates the 3D-CAD/CAM system "Mastercam" with the 3D CAD software "iCAD SX" to automate hole machining processes. The system automatically recognizes hole attributes such as diameter, depth, and tolerance designed in iCAD SX and generates machining operations like drilling, tapping, and reaming in Mastercam. This add-on significantly reduces process design time and manual work dependency, helping the manufacturing industry address labor shortages, shorten lead times, and stabilize production quality.
