[Financing Support] Orient Corporation Acts as Guarantee Company, Supporting Loans Up to ¥100 Million for Up to 20 Years

Orient Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Orico), in partnership with Kiraboshi Bank, Ltd., began offering the "Home Sharing Loan (Secured Type)" on March 12, 2025. This product is a secured loan designed to meet a wide range of financing needs for individual home sharing (minpaku) operations, including property purchase and renovations. The loan has a maximum limit of ¥100 million and a maximum term of 20 years. Financial institutions provide the loan, and Orico handles the guarantee services*.

* A prescribed screening process is required for loan approval.

Joined Mizuho Bank, Ltd. in April 1992. After working domestically, he spent about 10 years working overseas, primarily in Europe. He subsequently held various positions in the Headquarters Products and Syndication Department, and in Financial Corporate Sales (institutional investors, regional financial institutions). Since November 2020, as General Manager of the Financial Corporate Sales Promotion Department at Orient Corporation, he has been working to capture the diverse challenges and needs of financial institutions, business partners, and regions in a timely manner, and to provide solutions utilizing a wide range of external networks.
