Founder of a side-hustle academy with the mission: "Increase your income streams and gain the freedom to choose your life." Also the director of the YouTube channel "Reiwa’s Wealthy Research Institute." Born in 1982 in Itabashi Ward, Tokyo. Former corporate employee with 9 years of experience. Owns multiple properties including condominium units, a Tokyo shared house, and a full-building apartment in a regional area. Achieved annual rental income of 50 million yen and retired from salaried work in 2014. Beyond real estate, he actively manages over 20 side businesses and now uses his experience to help clients build additional income streams.

Anri Sugihara Investor & Stock Market Personality

Born in Hiroshima Prefecture. Active as a gravure idol in magazines and variety shows, while also gaining recognition as an "investor idol." Her autobiographical novel "...and LOVE" (published by Futabasha) was adapted into a film in 2017. Her book "Stock Investing for Beginners in Manga – With Billion-Yen Investor Anri Sugihara" (Kanki Publishing) was well-received for sharing her personal failures and insights. Other published works include "Stocks as a Tool to Fulfill Dreams" and "Real Estate Investment as a Tool to Live Authentically" (both by Shodensha), and "Let Money Work for You: Hands-Off Investing" (Popura Publishing).
