GEO Group's OKURA to Open Second Luxury Vintage Shop, "VALEUR Futako-Tamagawa Store," on July 7th (Tuesday)

This will be the second "VALEUR" store, following the opening of the "VALEUR Omotesando Store" in February 2025.

"VALEUR," meaning "value" in French, is a select shop offering luxury vintage items with the brand concept of "Bringing esteemed value into everyday life." We carefully select sophisticated items that have been loved across time and propose a lifestyle that harmonizes with the daily lives of adults.

The "VALEUR Omotesando Store," opened in February 2025, has received an even greater response than anticipated as a store delivering the charm of luxury vintage. In recent years, the market and consumers have rapidly increased their attention to vintage items, driven by rising prices and shortages in primary distribution. In this market environment, and following the strong performance of the "VALEUR Omotesando Store," we have decided to open our second store, the "VALEUR Futako-Tamagawa Store," with the desire to allow more people to experience the world of "VALEUR."

"VALEUR" operates based on OKURA's reliable authentication technology and product sourcing network, cultivated over 20 years of experience primarily in the wholesale business. We also focus on customer service, leveraging a team composed of individuals with experience in operating high-sensitivity select shops, apparel PR, and luxury watch sales. Moving forward, we will strive to further improve our services and enhance the in-store experience so that many customers can enjoy luxury vintage with complete peace of mind.

The theme for the "VALEUR Futako-Tamagawa Store" is "Living Room." Instead of leaning towards an unrealistic sense of luxury, we have designed it as a familiar and relaxing space that feels like an extension of everyday life, pursuing comfort. The sales floor will feature vintage "Cartier" watches, which are a strength of the shop, as well as bags and jewelry. We have also selected items with a natural taste that doesn't feel ostentatious, differing from the "VALEUR Omotesando Store." We offer a rich selection of approximately 300 items, including stock.

As a highlight, we will offer an extensive lineup of approximately 80 vintage "Cartier" watches, the largest in the Futako-Tamagawa area. Among these, we will specially offer items from the rare and top-tier "Collection Privée Cartier Paris (CPCP)" collection, produced from 1998 to 2008, such as the "Cartier Tank Louis 2 Time Zone CPCP 18KWG," as part of our initial lineup.

In recent years, while the demand for vintage watches has increased with the expansion of the pre-owned market, a challenge has been the shortage of stores capable of providing aftercare due to a decrease in watchmakers with specialized knowledge. To ensure that customers can enjoy vintage watches for a long time with peace of mind, OKURA employs over 10 watchmakers, including Class 1 watch repair technicians, in-house, internalizing our maintenance system.
