The Company announced its participation in the physical AI robot business and the establishment of the 'Physical AI Robot Business Division' in April 2026, and announced its efforts toward research and development and business implementation in the humanoid robot field.

The Company aims to build a business model that integrates not only the sale of the body but also research and development, PoC, introduction support, maintenance and operation, and data utilization.

2. Status of Receiving the Actual Machine and Domestic Verification of 'Galbot G1'

Galbot G1

Based on the product sales contract with Big Hands Co., the Company received one unit of the humanoid robot 'Galbot G1' as an initial investment on June 17, 2026.

'Galbot G1' has specifications (official information from the developer) of a height of 1,730mm, a continuous operating time of 10 hours when fully charged, a horizontal reach of 1.9m, a carrying capacity of 10kg, and a working height of 0 to 2.4m.

Currently, assuming the operating environment in Japan, the following verification is being conducted.

Initial settings and basic operation confirmation

Preparation of demonstration environments

Confirmation of safety and operational aspects

Examination of utilization methods assuming the business environment of domestic companies

3. Expected Application Areas

In the future, the Company will use the actual machine for demonstrations and PoC (proof of concept) for domestic companies and will sequentially proceed with verification of work support and automation tailored to the on-site issues of each industry.

With the arrival of the actual machine in Japan, Big Hands Co. has received specific consultations and inquiries from multiple business companies, including major domestic companies, regarding machine viewing, individual demonstrations, PoC implementation, and rental utilization.

The Company, having received the sharing of consultation contents from Big Hands Co., is sequentially proceeding with adjustments for the implementation of machine viewing and workshops, etc., while confirming the on-site issues and introduction needs of each company.
