LIVELY HOTELS' brand concept is to provide "experiential value" that allows guests to achieve some form of personal growth through their stay, rather than the functional value of a traditional hotel as just a place to sleep. Our flagship brand, "THE LIVELY," opened in Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo in 2019. We redefine hotels as "places where people, information, and opportunities gather from around the world," aiming to provide guest experiences full of stimulation where new discoveries can be made with each visit. We also provide opportunities for not only overnight guests but also local residents and those interested in hotels to visit us casually. In Spring 2027, a fourth "THE LIVELY" property is scheduled to open in Yuda Onsen, Yamaguchi Prefecture. This year, to commemorate THE LIVELY's 7th anniversary, we will hold the anniversary event "THE LIVELY 7DAYS" at our three properties in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka.

During the event period, in addition to our annual music and art-themed events, we will offer a variety of content, including opening popular events previously exclusive to overnight guests to the public, and offering limited-edition menu items. You can experience THE LIVELY's unique worldview and an extraordinary time through music, art, and gourmet.

We have prepared many events that can be enjoyed regardless of whether you are staying at the hotel, and various plans will be rolled out over seven days at each facility. Therefore, not only overnight guests but also local residents and those interested in hotels can participate according to their interests and how they wish to spend their time. <One-Day Limited Event at Each Facility> "Heisei Retro Decopachi Night" (Free Admission)

Since its opening, THE LIVELY has proposed a variety of experiences through accommodation and events, centered around the four keywords: "DESIGN, MUSIC, ART, TECH," while incorporating new ideas, concepts, and trends. On the final day of "THE LIVELY 7DAYS" at each facility, we will hold the event "Heisei Retro Decopachi Night," which reinterprets the recently popular "Heisei Retro" from THE LIVELY's unique perspective, featuring YonYon as the main DJ and Hitomi Pakuchi and Rena Hayashi for spatial production. We will deliver a night where nostalgia and novelty intersect, through music popular in the Heisei era, spatial production inspired by "deco culture" and "mori culture," and original event food created by chefs with the theme "Heisei x Local."

Head of the music label Peace Tree. Born in Seoul and raised in Tokyo, she is a multi-artist loved by a wide range of generations as a singing DJ. She plays a variety of BPMs freely with an edgy sound that is both easy to listen to and danceable. She is also actively involved in songwriting, and her lyrics, assembled intuitively across genres and languages, captivate listeners worldwide with their pop, addictive groove and underlying real, message-driven words. Furthermore, she remixes and produces for various artists such as Ken Miyake, Sakanaction, and the Tamagotchi theme song, and is also active as a songwriter. While traveling all over the country, she continues to spread love and peace through music.

PELIBiBiYUA Mitsuki Aoyama

Hitomi Pakuchi

An artist who creates works using various techniques such as tufting, resin, and ceramics.

Her symbolic design is the "love yourself" logo, which carries the message "Love yourself and be happy!". She has a reputation for expressing a cute worldview through tufting exhibitions, spatial production, and photo spot creation, and is particularly supported by women. She also serves as the director of her own accessory brand "89xiiitokyo (Pakuchi Tokyo)".

Rena Hayashi

A designer. Completed her Master's degree at Tama Art University Graduate School.

She primarily creates "Typoems" (Typography x Poem). She is active as a multi-creator, focusing on character design, collaborating with apparel brands, holding POPUP events at department stores, and creating artwork for artists. Her works are inspired by Heisei culture.

<Held During the Period> Evening Extraordinary Experience "Sound Sake Stand" (Free Admission)

Each facility offers an evening experience for overnight guests. As a special project this time, we will hold "Sound Sake Stand," an event popular in Fukuoka that is also open to non-guests, at all facilities. We recreate the standing bar culture in the hotel lounge, offering a space that can be casually visited daily from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. DJs and artists active in each region will perform on a rotating basis, and DJ HASEBE will appear as a special guest. Enjoy a moment where music and food intersect in THE LIVELY's unique extraordinary space, along with drinks and standing bar food created by chefs.

DJ HASEBE

DJ / Sound Producer. Started his career as a DJ in 1990. In 1998, he released the mini-album "adore," featuring Sugar Soul & Zeebra, which brought him widespread recognition. Around the same time, he performed DJ sets at the legendary party "HONEY DIP" held at the Shibuya club HARLEM, which became a highly successful event each time. In 2000, he released his full album "Hey World," which was also released in several European countries the following year, generating buzz. Since then, he has remixed and produced for many artists. In recent years, he has released remix works using only Michael Jackson and Jackson 5 tracks, a collaborative mix CD with the beach lifestyle magazine "HONEY," and in 2020, an album commemorating his 30th anniversary as a DJ. He is currently active, proposing new ways to enjoy music through live streams on his own YouTube channel, generating buzz in various fields.

Hiroyuki Ito

Born in Saitama Prefecture. Aspiring to be a bartender during his student years. Worked at bars in Tokyo, honing his skills and knowledge through self-study. In 2018, at the age of 28, he opened a bar in his hometown of Misato City, Saitama Prefecture, with the belief of creating bar culture in a town without one. He offers unique, seasonal cocktails using Saitama ingredients, incorporating local interaction and sustainability.
