Global Produce Establishes 5 Standards for Event Production and Launches Internal Award with 1M Yen Prize

Global Produce, a firm producing over 200 large-scale business events annually, has codified its expertise into five internal evaluation criteria: Scale, Satisfaction, Production Quality, Management Quality, and Continuity. To implement these standards, the company launched the 'BEST EVENT OF THE YEAR' internal award system. For fiscal 2025, top producers were recognized with prizes including 1 million JPY for the winner. This initiative aims to address the industry challenge of over-reliance on individual skills by transforming personal know-how into organizational knowledge, thereby elevating the overall creative standards of the firm.
