Global Brain Corporation announced that the AH-GB Mirai Sozo Investment Limited Partnership (ANA Mirai Sozo Fund), which it manages, has invested in Address Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), a company that operates the multi-location living subscription service 'ADDress' and offers a new lifestyle of multi-location living. In recent years, the issue of vacant homes in regional areas has become serious due to declining rural populations and urban concentration. Conversely, new work styles like remote work have steadily increased the demand for dual-location and multi-location living. Address aims to realize population sharing between urban and rural areas by increasing the number of people living in multiple locations. They offer the 'ADDress' subscription service, allowing members to live in various locations nationwide, and provide deep local experiences through community managers called 'Yamori' (house guardians) who connect regions with members, aiming for a completely new lifestyle different from travel or permanent relocation. Global Brain decided on this investment, evaluating the high social significance and uniqueness of the service in tackling serious regional issues while emphasizing local communities. Through this investment, Global Brain will collaborate with ANA Holdings Inc. to provide multifaceted management support to contribute to Address's further business expansion. Address Inc. was established in November 2018, with Takashi Saburi as representative, and its business is the development of fixed-price multi-location living services. The ANA Mirai Sozo Fund has a total management capital of 8 billion JPY and an operation period of 10 years, with ANA Holdings Inc. as a limited partner. Global Brain Corporation, established in January 1998 with Yasuhiko Yurimoto as Representative Director and President, operates a venture capital business.
