The highest positions have been defined as "General Partner (GP)" and "Managing Partner (MP)" based on the roles of each professional organization.

### General Partner (GP) The highest position in the Investment Group, holding ultimate responsibility for leading investment activities. Responsibilities include not only evaluating individual deals but also overseeing fund formation, investment strategy, portfolio construction, growth support for portfolio companies, and exits to maximize fund performance. As of 2026, the number of General Partners has grown to 10, creating an extremely deep investment structure that is not dependent on specific individuals.

### Managing Partner (MP) The highest position in the Platform, Fund Management, and Corporate Management Groups. Holds ultimate responsibility for business execution and organizational infrastructure. This role is equivalent to that of a board member, overseeing investment support, fund operations, and organizational management. By defining professionals in the middle- and back-office sectors as executive leaders, the firm elevates governance and the quality of portfolio support. With the introduction of this role, 8 individuals have been appointed, ensuring a stable operational structure independent of specific individuals.
