Taxi App 'GO' Now Available for Orders at the New 8th Floor App Boarding Area of P5 Parking Lot at Haneda Airport Terminal 3

GO Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Hiroshi Nakajima), the provider of Japan's No.1* taxi app "GO", will begin accepting app orders at the newly established app boarding area on the 8th floor of the P5 parking lot at Haneda Airport Terminal 3, starting Tuesday, June 9, 2026. At any of Haneda Airport's Terminal 1, Terminal 2, or Terminal 3, the boarding area of each terminal will be automatically set as the pick-up location when ordering via the app.

Airport App Boarding Areas Expanding, Enhancing Convenience for Both Users and Drivers

"GO" is the No.1 taxi app used by customers in 202 countries and regions worldwide. It covers all 47 prefectures in Japan and supports app boarding areas at 13 airports nationwide, including Haneda Airport.

Following the establishment of app boarding areas at Haneda Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 last year, the service has now been expanded to Terminal 3. When ordering "GO" at Haneda Airport, the app boarding area is automatically set as the pick-up location. Since destination input and payment can be completed within the app, it improves convenience for users and reduces the burden of customer service for drivers. The boarding area is about a 5-minute walk from the airport exit.
