Thank you for your continued support of SeaHorses Mikawa.

On Monday, June 29, Representative Director, President, and General Manager Kenichi Sako and Representative Director and Vice President Katsumi Tomita paid a courtesy visit to Koda Town Mayor Atsushi Naruse to report on the team's activities for the 2025-26 season and express our aspirations for the 2026-27 season.

This visit was the first courtesy call since the establishment of the new executive team, in addition to reporting on the conclusion of the 2025-26 season. We expressed our gratitude for the warm support from everyone in the community, which enabled us to achieve a third-place finish in the regular season, advance to the championship for the third consecutive year, and become runners-up in the Emperor's Cup. We also shared our determination for the upcoming season.

Mayor Naruse offered words of encouragement, stating, "This season's results were also excellent. We look forward to next season. I will definitely attend the games to cheer you on." He also mentioned Yudai Nishida, who is active as a member of the Japanese national team, and gave him warm encouragement, saying, "I hope you do well in your national team activities. We expect further success from you."

During our conversation, we presented Mayor Naruse with an original T-shirt featuring the "SEAHORSES HOMETOWNS LOGO," a collaborative project with eight cities and one town in the Nishimikawa region announced on Friday, June 26. We expressed our hope that the mayor and his staff would wear the T-shirts on occasions such as events, and that together, the community and the club would energize Koda Town and the Nishimikawa region.

Moving forward, through the activities of the SeaHorses Mikawa Sustainability Project "Be With," we will continue to promote "community building," "people building," and "team building," which SeaHorses Mikawa values, and advance initiatives that lead to regional revitalization.
