The plan includes a 'Sunset Guarantee,' which refunds 20% of the accommodation fee if the sunset is not visible due to bad weather, offering a special experience for guests to enjoy the scenery. Located in Nadachi-ku, Joetsu City, Umiterasu Nadachi is a complex tourist facility featuring a fresh fish market, seafood restaurants, hot spring facilities, and accommodations, all taking advantage of its panoramic view of the Sea of Japan.
