Good Fellows provided its ticketing and entry management system to the Yamato Museum in Kure, Hiroshima, following its reopening in April 2026 after a one-year renovation. The system addresses challenges in congestion, visitor flow, and equipment updates. By integrating onsite ticket windows and the 'Webket' online store, the system centralizes sales data and inventory management for day tickets and annual passes, reducing post-operating reconciliation work. Main software modules deployed include: 'Kensaku-kun' for ticket POS and sales support (compatible with common tickets with Irifuneyama Memorial Hall), 'Webket' for official site online ticket sales, 'PointClub' for member registry and face-photo ID issuance, 'RE・SO・NET' for sales aggregation, and 'Web de Monitor' for count and entry validation at gates. Operation is managed by 'Yamato Museum/Irifuneyama Memorial Hall Mirai 20', a six-company consortium led by Hiroshima Television. The system improves visitor convenience with QR code scanning via hand-held gate terminals and fast entry processing.
