"Toshi Yoroizuka" Launches New Cake with Rich Chocolate and Caramel Flavors, Perfect for Father's Day

Toshi Yoroizuka has introduced a new cake, "Gratitude," featuring the rich flavors of chocolate and caramel. It is a flavorful cake with moist chocolate sponge layered with orange confit and caramel ganache. With the deep richness of chocolate and caramel combined with a refreshing citrus finish, it offers a mature, not-too-sweet taste that is perfect for Father's Day gifts. The petit gateau is 780 yen, and the entremet (whole cake) is 3,800 yen, with the pickup period for the entremet being June 19-21. It will be sold at Toshi Yoroizuka stores from May 28 to late June. Toshi Yoroizuka is a brand established in 2002 by owner-chef Toshihiko Yoroizuka, known for its commitment to ingredients and high-level techniques.
