This new summer-exclusive cheesecake, 'Cheese Rose White Peach,' combines domestic white peach juice with cream cheese. It is baked in a water bath to achieve a soft, semi-raw texture. Designed to look like a flower box with a rose motif, it is recommended as a summer souvenir.
