GMO Internet Group announced it will participate as a top sponsor at the "Humanoid Summit 2026 Tokyo", an international event held for the first time in Asia at the Takanawa Gateway Convention Center on May 28-29, 2026. Spearheaded by GMO AI & Robotics (GMO AIR), the company's booth will feature live demonstrations of humanoid robots and showcase solutions integrating AI, internet infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Designating 2026 as "Year One of Humanoids," GMO aims to foster collaboration with global enterprises and research institutions to develop Japan's humanoid ecosystem and address labor shortages.
