GMO Internet Group announced it will exhibit as the 'Platinum Sponsor' at Japan's largest international drone and eVTOL exhibition, 'Japan Drone / Next-Generation Air Mobility EXPO 2026,' held at Makuhari Messe from June 3 to 5, 2026.

Since its first exhibition in 2022, the group has been working to build a safe social infrastructure for the drone and eVTOL era under the slogan 'Security for All Skies.' In 2026, its fifth year, the theme will be 'From Moving to Working,' addressing issues in aerial social implementation such as labor shortages and operational burdens through on-site support by AI and humanoid robots.

The booth will feature demonstrations of humanoid robots in airport settings, security and infrastructure technologies, an eVTOL exhibit in collaboration with domestic flying car manufacturer SkyDrive, and the 'GMO Field XR' drone piloting VR simulator.

Key Exhibits: - **Ground Handling Demonstration by Humanoid Robots**: GMO AI & Robotics, Inc. and JAL Ground Service Co., Ltd. will jointly conduct demonstrations five times a day, showing a humanoid robot operating in an environment close to actual airport operations, presenting a potential solution to labor shortages. - **'GMO Field XR' Drone Piloting VR Simulator**: Developed by GMO GlobalSign Holdings K.K., this simulator allows visitors to experience realistic piloting training and infrastructure inspections using a controller in a faithfully reproduced VR environment. - **Humanoid Robot Exhibit**: Multiple models will be displayed, including the Unitree Robotics 'G1', UBTECH 'Walker E', Booster Robotics 'K1', and Engine AI 'PM01'.

Additionally, on the first day of the event, June 3, an international conference (panel discussion) on the theme of 'Sky × Cybersecurity' will be held. Experts from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, SkyDrive, and GMO will discuss threats and countermeasures in the age of autonomous flight.
