GMO ReTech Announces Data Integration Between 'GMO Chintai DX' and 'ITANDI Chintai Kanri'

GMO ReTech, part of the GMO Internet Group, announced in May 2026 that it will integrate its 'GMO Chintai DX' SaaS brand for property management companies with ITANDI's 'ITANDI Chintai Kanri' core system. The feature is scheduled for release in July. By enabling automatic synchronization of property, customer, contract, and financial data, the integration eliminates the need for manual double-entry and data processing. This initiative aims to reduce the burden on property management operations and facilitate smoother information sharing with owners and tenants. The move addresses the severe labor shortage in the real estate industry, where 52.3% of companies report staffing issues according to Teikoku Databank. By resolving inefficiencies caused by fragmented systems, GMO ReTech intends to improve operational quality and continue expanding its ecosystem through further system integrations.
