KADOKAWA Corporation released 'Yo to Tsuki,' the debut novel by Hiroki Tanaka, guitarist and lyricist for the rock band LEGO BIG MORL, on May 20, 2026.

To mark the publication, an interview between Hiroki Tanaka and his longtime friend in the music industry, Ryuta Shibuya of SUPER BEAVER, has been released across various media outlets.

This work is a story of youth and conflict, depicting the light and shadow of a rock band aiming to rise from indie status to major debut. Centered on two vocalists with contrasting personalities—'Tsuki,' who has a stutter, and the naturally gifted 'Yo'—the narrative explores unspoken emotions, 'lyrics,' and a pure passion for music.

Set in Tokyo, the protagonists face a reality far from their ideals and a series of difficult choices. It is a record of young people searching for the 'end of youth' and the 'heartbeat' that continues to resonate despite everything.

Author Hiroki Tanaka is a guitarist for LEGO BIG MORL, a rock band formed in 2006. Drawing on his own experience with a stutter, he has taken on the challenge of writing his first novel.
