NPO Grow & Leap (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; Representative Director: Kayoko Kurata) has announced the start of recruitment for the 6th cohort of its personalized education program for middle and high school students, "My Story Project (MSP)." The My Story Project is a six-month mentorship-based program where students engage in self-exploration and social inquiry through dialogues with mentors to think about their own paths. Based on the concept of "finding, polishing, and expanding individuality," Grow & Leap creates a space where each student can face their own values and questions, proactively carving out their future. Through this project, we support students in thinking about their careers and the future of society with "individuality" as their core. The project values what students feel and think, providing one-on-one mentorship for about six months. The program features three strengths: 1. An environment to face one's individuality, 2. Long-term self-exploration, and 3. A system of "nurturing by society as a whole." The program runs from August 2026 to March 2027, consisting of 24 online individual mentoring sessions. Participation is free. The first entry period is from June 1 to June 14, 2026, and the second entry period is from June 22 to July 5, 2026.
