Hakuou Robotics Signs Strategic Sales Agency Agreement with Yamazen TFS Branch

Hakuou Robotics Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Arakawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tomohiro Suzuki) has entered into a strategic sales agency agreement regarding its autonomous forklift 'AutoFork' with the Total Factory Solution (TFS) Branch of Yamazen Corporation (Branch: Osaka, Japan; Branch Manager: Hirohiko Maruyama), a specialist trading company for machine tools and industrial equipment. As the first step of this partnership, the companies will jointly exhibit the AutoFork at 'FOOMA JAPAN 2026' to be held in June 2026. AutoFork is an autonomous forklift characterized by its low cost (starting from 5.9 million yen), no requirement for construction, and readiness for use on the day of delivery. By partnering with Yamazen TFS Branch, which has a strong sales network in manufacturing sites across Japan, the company aims to accelerate its adoption in manufacturing and logistics hubs for food, home appliances, and daily necessities. At the exhibition booth, the companies will provide opportunities for checking the actual machine and conducting individual consultations, including introduction simulations.
