HARS GLOBAL Pte. Ltd. exhibited and presented at the "GAME FUTURE SUMMIT 2026" held on June 3, 2026.

On the day, numerous businesses from the game industry, as well as the app, IT, and marketing sectors, visited, turning the entire venue into a lively forum for exchanging information on new market opportunities and growth strategies.

Booth Exhibition: Realizing High Interest in "Overseas Expansion"

Many people visited our booth and consulted with us about domestic and international marketing.

At the HARS GLOBAL booth, we introduced our services for overseas app marketing and support for expanding into the global market.

What was particularly impressive was the high level of interest in the theme, "How to grow Japanese services overseas."

We received consultations not only from app companies but also from visitors in various industries such as SaaS and web services, realizing that many are beginning to consider overseas markets in addition to the domestic market.

Specifically, at the booth,

・Concrete methods for acquiring overseas users

・Differences in marketing methods between Japan and overseas

・How to utilize ASO (App Store Optimization)

・Overseas expansion strategies with a limited budget

Many questions and exchanges of opinions took place on these themes.

We ourselves had the opportunity to reaffirm the growing need for global expansion from the strong reaction to the keyword "From Japan to Overseas."

Session Presentation: Sharing Practical Knowledge on Overseas Game Marketing

In the session, alongside Mr. Toshitoshi Fujiyoshi, Executive Officer and Chief Gaming Architect at KLab Inc., and Mr. Noriyuki Yamagishi, CEO of NextNinja Co., Ltd., we presented on the theme "The Truth of Overseas Game Marketing: Producers Who Led Global Hits."

During the session, knowledge cultivated in the actual field was shared, including:

・The importance of understanding overseas users

・Tips for conquering the global market

・Practical examples of user communication

・Case studies of management utilizing AI

・Methods for AI to substitute functions in game development and operations

The content included not only theory but also actual case studies, and participants provided feedback such as:

"There was a lot of information that could only be heard on-site."

"We were able to recognize the impact of actual AI development, operations, and its effect on careers."

The Overseas Market is No Longer "Special"

Thank you very much to everyone who visited despite the inclement weather. Through this event, we once again felt that challenging the overseas market is no longer exclusive to large corporations.

With the evolution of AI and the sophistication of marketing methods, an environment is being created where it is possible to approach overseas users with fewer resources than before. Furthermore, we presented cases where AI can substitute not only marketing but also game development, operations, and even management functions.

Through these, it seems that what we humans do will be summarized as making judgments and decisions, continuously updating the "feel" for making decisions, and internalizing it as knowledge.

As AI becomes more pervasive, intermediate processes will be disrupted. Consequently, how will we learn the tacit knowledge gained from failures and the "feel" for decision-making that senior staff have acquired over long periods? What kind of processes should be included in human resource development to learn tacit knowledge and the "feel" for decision-making? We believe these will also become medium-term organizational challenges.

HARS GLOBAL will continue to support the growth of Japanese services and apps by connecting domestic and international expertise.

Thank you very much to everyone who stopped by our booth and participated in our session on the day.
