New App 'Uchinoko Baton' to Monitor Pet Owner Well-being

nancoco Inc. has begun developing 'Uchinoko Baton', an app designed to mitigate risks to pets in the event of an owner's emergency. The company will launch a crowdfunding campaign on June 14.

This app combines safety check features with pet information sharing. When an owner becomes incapacitated, an SOS is automatically sent to a designated representative.

[Mechanism] Users confirm survival once a day with a push. If no reaction is detected for 48 hours, a notification is sent.

The project aims to build a system where the lifelong care of pets is monitored by society as a whole.
