Highreso Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoshiyuki Shikura; hereinafter referred to as "our company") has jointly developed a practical curriculum for generative AI education with Waseda Bunri Professional School. Discussions between the two companies began around the end of 2025 to create a curriculum aligned with the latest trends in the AI industry and the learning needs of students. Starting in May 2026, a practical education program utilizing our company's image generation AI "PICSOROBAN" will be offered in the school's Generative AI and Digital Creator Department.

This release reports on the second class held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, and the genuine reactions of the students who participated.

Joint Development Process - Creating a New Educational Model Through Collaboration Between the AI Industry and Education

This curriculum was developed through repeated discussions since the end of 2025, with the aim of practically training next-generation AI personnel by Highreso, which promotes AI infrastructure and AISaaS businesses, and Waseda Bunri Professional School, which is responsible for nurturing next-generation human resources. Rather than a conventional "tool introduction type" of education, the following elements were emphasized to build a practical educational model with industry and academia working as one:

- Input of the latest trends and practical issues in the AI industry (Highreso)

- Setting student learning goals and achievement levels (Waseda Bunri Professional School)

- Joint design of curriculum and evaluation criteria

Through this development process, a program has been realized that balances the practical AI skills demanded by the industry with the needs of the educational field.

Practical Curriculum Utilizing Image Generation AI "PICSOROBAN"

"PICSOROBAN" is a cloud-based service that allows users to utilize the image generation AI "Stable Diffusion" from their browser. By leveraging the high-performance GPUs in our company's data centers for processing, there is no need to install dedicated software or prepare a high-performance PC, making it easy for anyone to generate and edit high-quality images.

The GPU cloud environment of "PICSOROBAN" is utilized as an educational tool for practical AI development exercises, such as image generation using generative AI. Following the curriculum jointly developed with Waseda Bunri Professional School, our company's employees serve as instructors, holding classes twice a month with the goal of producing AI personnel who are immediately effective upon graduation.

Second Class Report: "Understanding the Mechanism to Create Targeted Images"

Following the curriculum's start in May, the second class on Tuesday, June 2, focused on the theme of "Understanding the Mechanism to Create Targeted Images" and included exercises in image generation using the "Prompt Equation."

The session focused on "the technology to logically control AI," explaining not only how to specify "5W1H" and "composition" but also the technique of using "negative prompts" to dramatically improve quality by eliminating unwanted elements.

All participating students operated "PICSOROBAN" on their own PCs. While listening to the instructor's explanations, they repeatedly experimented with constructing prompts themselves to generate the desired images. The aim is to foster AI personnel who can directly apply their skills to practical work by deepening their understanding through immediate on-the-spot practice and output, rather than just acquiring knowledge.

Student Comments: - "I used to think that images could be generated with simple prompts, but in this class, I learned the importance of giving very detailed instructions in prompts. Since I'm also involved in game development, I feel I can apply this to creating textures for games."

- "I also learned what kind of control is possible by utilizing negative prompts. When using AI for material generation for images I want to create, I previously felt like AI would create images with about 30% completion and then I would edit them manually. However, I feel that by being able to use PICSOROBAN, I can leave over 80% of the work to AI."

Future Repercussions of the Educational Model

This program is designed for horizontal deployment to other educational institutions and has the following features:

- Systematization of the educational model through industry-academia collaboration

- Demonstration of acquiring practical, job-ready skills

- Visualization of educational effects and establishment of evaluation criteria

We plan to offer customized curriculum services to educational institutions with similar needs in the future. We aim for this educational model to contribute to the development of generative AI personnel in educational institutions nationwide.
