THE HIRAMATSU HOTELS & RESORTS Ginoza, operated by Hiramatsu Inc. (HQ: Shibuya, Tokyo; CEO: Yasuyasu Misu), has launched an exclusive two-night stay plan for two groups per day, allowing guests to indulge in premium accommodations and gourmet dining nestled in Okinawa’s rich natural environment.
For the first night, guests will enjoy a full-course French dinner at the restaurant. The culinary experience is led by Executive Chef Yoshinobu Kinoshita, whose restaurant has been featured in the French guide 'Gault et Millau' for four consecutive years. Based on techniques honed over many years, he sources ingredients from local Okinawan producers, with approximately 80% of the course menu now featuring locally sourced ingredients.
On the second night, guests will enjoy a relaxing 'shabu-shabu' dinner starring the Okinawan brand pork, 'Agu pork,' served directly in their villa. Chef Kinoshita provides special house-made sauces, such as shikuwasa ponzu and sesame sauce, along with local island vegetables, fruits, and Okinawa soba to conclude the meal.
