Hoosiers Capital Management Acquires Priority Negotiation Rights for Two New Apartment Buildings for Private REIT

Hoosiers Capital Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Yukio Fujii; hereinafter 'the Company'), which is entrusted with the asset management of Hoosiers Private REIT Investment Corporation, has acquired priority negotiation rights for two new apartment properties, 'Duo Flats Omiya' and 'Duo Flats Ichinoe WEST,' as assets for its private REIT.

'Duo Flats Omiya' and 'Duo Flats Ichinoe WEST' are new buildings scheduled for completion in August and October 2026, respectively. They are being developed by the group company Hoosiers Corporation, leveraging its land acquisition capabilities and product planning skills, based on a sponsor support agreement with this asset management company.

The Company will continue to leverage the advantages of the sponsor Hoosiers Group, namely its 'real estate information gathering capabilities, real estate development capabilities, and product development capabilities,' to pursue stable asset management and sustainable growth of the investment corporation it manages over the medium to long term, aiming to maximize unitholder value.
