Hoosiers Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Eiichi Ogawa) participated in the industry-academia collaboration symposium "The Future of Regional Revitalization and Real Estate," co-hosted by Keio University's Faculty of Business and Commerce and the Real Estate Mita-kai.

One of the key themes of this symposium was to consider the various possibilities in creating mechanisms that leverage regional resources to generate regional value and ensure its sustainable circulation, by positioning the real estate industry as a "platformer for regional revitalization."

Our presentation introduced Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. Specifically, we explained methods for utilizing public facilities such as parks and initiatives for sustainable utilization as regional hubs, using two case studies: the "Takezono Nishihiroba Park Integrated Development Project" in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and the "Mizugaike Park Improvement Project" in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture.
