Horieomon AI School Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Kenjiro Araki, hereinafter referred to as "Horieomon AI School"), which handles AI training and consulting for corporations, announces the impact of the "Human Resource Development Subsidy (Business Development/Reskilling Support Course)" revised on April 8, Reiwa 8, on our customers and companies considering our services in the future.

Scope of Impact on Our Customers:

・Current trainees: No impact

・Customers who have submitted a plan to the Labor Bureau: No impact

・Customers who have not yet submitted a plan to the Labor Bureau: Impacted

※Subsidies are subject to certain conditions and are provided only when eligible employees participate in training at eligible workplaces that meet the subsidy conditions.

Details of the Impact:

Before Revision:

Subsidies could be applied for when employees, totaling 10 hours or more of training collectively, completed at least 1 hour of training per person.

(Example: Even with 100 participants, if one person trains for 10 hours, a single submission for one person is sufficient for application)

After Revision:

All employees must complete 10 hours or more of training per person.

However, if 10 or more people participate, it can be handled by submitting for 10 participants.

(Example: 4 participants require submission for 4 people, 100 participants require submission for 10 people)

No Change in Subsidy Amount:

Our training falls under the "Human Resource Development Subsidy (Business Development/Reskilling Support Course - Fixed-Rate Training)", and subsidies of up to 20,000 JPY per month are available under the conditions. There are no changes in this revision.

Furthermore, the revision has changed the maximum expense subsidy per person per training for "e-learning and correspondence training." As of today, "e-learning and correspondence training" are not related to our training in any way.

Our Training is Not "E-learning or Correspondence Training":

Horieomon AI School, which we provide, is a fixed-rate training and is not e-learning or correspondence training.

Previously, e-learning and correspondence training were eligible for subsidies up to three times a year, allowing for the reception of subsidies for 330,000 JPY training courses up to three times a year.
