Chizuru Azuma's World of Yokai Comes to Laforet Harajuku! Charity Pop-up Event Announced

From June 1 (Mon) to June 30 (Tue), 2026, the 'Yokai Mansion: PEACE & LOVE with YOKAI' event will be held at the 'Love and Madness Market' in Laforet Harajuku. This charity pop-up is organized by the General Incorporated Association Get in touch, led by representative Chizuru Azuma, which aims to create a 'mixed-up society' where no one is excluded. At the venue, original Yokai artwork by Chizuru Azuma, books, manga created and supervised by her, and original Yokai merchandise will be on sale. Additionally, the event will feature art pieces by artists collaborating with Get in touch, as well as a showcase of the organization's 15-year history and a variety of original goods. Chizuru Azuma commented, 'Just like Yokai, it's interesting to be a little bit different. The world becomes richer because various differences—age, nationality, gender, disability, and titles—are mixed together.' Items for sale include the satirical Yokai book 'Yokai Mazemaze Daihyakka,' its comic adaptation, NICI collaboration plush keychains, and Rollink foldable suitcases. Admission is free.
