This service compensates the ticket price when attendance becomes difficult due to specified reasons such as sudden illness or injury, or suspension of transportation due to bad weather like typhoons. Please take advantage of this service to prepare for unexpected situations.

We have started offering 'Ticket Insurance' for customers who purchase tickets using the reservation services of Horipro Stage and Horipro Ticket Center.

2. Special enrollment period (for those who have already made reservations)

As a transitional measure accompanying the service launch, a limited-time 'Special Enrollment Period' will be established. During the following period, you can apply for this insurance regardless of the ticket purchase date.
