'Tanigawadake Jochu by Hoshino Resorts,' a spot where you can experience the charm of the mountains beyond just climbing throughout the year, and 'Mt.T by Hoshino Resorts,' the ultimate powder field for enjoying grand nature as it is, will host the 'Tanigawa Snow Mountain Festival' for two days from April 4 to 5, 2026, for those who want to actively enjoy the snowy mountains. This second 'Tanigawa Snow Mountain Festival' has been significantly powered up! Just before the event, we are releasing highlights including our first-ever snow mountain fashion show featuring a gathering of historic outdoor brands and up-and-coming labels, a new snow gear trial session with backcountry ski and snowboard booths, and music events and Yagibushi performances to liven up the venue.

1. Unveiling the latest wear on a runway made of snow! Snow Mountain Fashion Show [NEW!]

Under the theme 'Winter outdoor fashion is beautiful precisely because it is in the snowy mountains,' we will hold our first-ever snow mountain fashion show. A runway specially constructed of snow will be featured to introduce the latest wear from various brands. In the second half, brand representatives will personally introduce the functional aspects and top features of their gear. The models participating in the fashion show are residents of Minakami Town and surrounding areas, or individuals with ties to Minakami. It is a community-based runway show designed to energize the winter in Tanigawa. Date and Time: April 4 (Sat) 11:00–12:00
