TIAD 3rd Anniversary SPECIAL DINNER with APICIUS to be held on Saturday, July 11

TIAD, Autograph Collection (Location: 5-15-19 Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya; General Manager: Masahiko Nakata; hereinafter TIAD) will host the 'TIAD 3rd Anniversary SPECIAL DINNER with APICIUS' on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the all-day dining restaurant 'Table For Tomorrow' on the 5th floor.

This one-night-only special dinner welcomes Head Chef Junichi Moriyama, Chef Sommelier Hiroyuki Joino, and Chef Patissier Takayuki Uehara from Apicius, a historic grand maison located in Yurakucho, Tokyo.

Since the opening of TIAD in July 2023, the collaboration has been held annually and has been well-received. This marks the third time the event will take place. Table For Tomorrow Head Chef Yushi Minamitani and Sommelier Yosuke Suematsu will join in presenting a special menu supervised by Apicius.

About Apicius Founded in 1983, Apicius is a historic grand maison leading the French culinary scene in Japan. It boasts traditional French cuisine, top-tier hospitality, and a collection of over 30,000 wines, and has been loved by gourmets as a social venue for adults for over 40 years.

For this special dinner, Head Chef Junichi Moriyama, Chef Sommelier Hiroyuki Joino, and Chef Patissier Takayuki Uehara, who lead Apicius, will supervise the entire experience, offering supreme dishes, wines, and desserts.

About Table For Tomorrow Head Chef Yushi Minamitani and Sommelier Yosuke Suematsu from Table For Tomorrow will serve guests, expressing their gratitude for the 3rd anniversary with a unique dining experience.
