Patchwork Quilt Co., Ltd. (House Foods Group) and Meitetsu Smile Plus Co., Ltd. are launching a joint project to comprehensively support the lives of dual-income households. With the increase in dual-income families, balancing work and childcare has become a critical social issue. 'Dinner preparation after pickup' is a significant burden for parents. Meitetsu Smile Plus operates childcare and after-school facilities near stations, while Patchwork Quilt provides 'Tasmee,' a service allowing parents to purchase side dishes at childcare facilities. This project combines their strengths to reduce household burdens through pouch meal sales and provide learning opportunities through workshops. As the first phase, 'Tasmee' will be sold at 18 facilities, including 11 'TELACO' after-school centers, starting in late May. Future plans include workshops on food product development and career experience events.
