You can choose from two types of lunch at the elegant restaurant "Four Seasons," which offers a view of Izu Oshima and the beautiful sea.
The "Beauty" course, themed around inner beauty, offers a jelly platter of freshly picked pesticide-free vegetables, soup, chef's salad, and a selection of dishes from golden eye snapper to black hair cattle, ending with dessert.
The "Sagami Bay Journey" course features a full French kaiseki meal, including sashimi, golden eye snapper steamed in wine, grilled spiny lobster, chef's salad, and a choice of meat dishes such as black hair cattle, Tenryu deer, or duck breast, followed by seasonal rice and dessert.
